Can I get a demo of Fthirty?

Yes, we would be happy to demonstrate Fthirty through a web-conference at your convenience. The demo is a one hour session. To schedule your personal session, please contact sales@fthirty.com.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact sales@fthirty.com.

Can I choose billing cycle?

You can choose to be billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Note that for yearly, you need file your billing as a business, not as an individual.

Is supoprt included in the plan?

Yes, 24/7 support is included with each plan, by phone or through chat. Note that chat is not always available due to timezone difference.

Can I pay in advance?

Yes, you can pay up to 3 years in advance. Again this is only possible if you register the account and billing as a business, not as an individual.

Does Fthirty  support multiple languages?
